The data controller is the SALT founding team (the registered UAE operating entity and address will be named here before public launch). For anything about your data, email info@drinksaltuae.com.

• Email address when you join the Founders List.
• Your first name and preferred flavour, if you choose to share them.
• Order data when checkout opens (name, delivery address, order details, payment confirmation — never your full card number).
• Basic usage data (pages visited, source of visit, device/browser) if you accept analytics cookies.

• To send launch updates and the founders code, and to run the Founders List — on the basis of your consent.
• To process and deliver any order you place — to perform our contract with you.
• To improve the site and keep it secure — our legitimate interest in running the business.
• To show more relevant ads — only where you have accepted marketing cookies.

Service providers who help us operate: our email/marketing platform, our payment provider (Stripe), our website host (Vercel), and analytics or advertising partners you have consented to. Each is named here once finalised. They process data on our instructions only. We do not sell your data.

Some providers process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy or contractual protections) so your data stays protected to the same standard.

We keep Founders List data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as needed for the order and to meet tax and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and limit access to what's needed.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which won't affect processing already carried out). Email info@drinksaltuae.com and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

We use a small set of analytics and marketing cookies. None load until you accept the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

The site and the Founders List are intended for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We'll revise this page before launch, and email subscribers if we make a material change afterwards.
