Terms of use & sale

These terms govern your use of drinksaltuae.com (the “site”) and, once checkout opens, the purchase of SALT products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by the SALT founding team. The registered UAE operating entity, trade licence number and registered address will be named here before public launch. You can reach us at info@drinksaltuae.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join the Founders List or place an order. By using the site you confirm the information you give us is accurate.
What you can do here today
The site is in pre-launch mode. You can read about SALT, learn the formula, join the Founders List and reserve a pre-order. Paid checkout and dispatch open in the launch window from 1 August 2026. Reserving a pre-order is not a completed sale and takes no payment until checkout opens.
Founders offer
The founders discount applies to one first box per new customer, is subject to availability and the stated cap, and runs only during the founders window. We may amend or withdraw the offer where we need to; we'll honour codes already validly issued.
Pricing, orders & payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can happen; if we spot a clear pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund you. An order is only accepted when we confirm dispatch. Payment will be taken at checkout once it opens, through our payment provider; we never store your full card details.
Shipping & delivery
At launch we ship across the UAE, with delivery estimates shown at checkout. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns & refunds
For food-safety reasons, opened consumable products can't be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within a reasonable period and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
No medical claims
SALT is a food product designed for daily hydration. Nothing on this site is medical advice and SALT does not treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on a sodium-restricted diet, or being treated for a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no scraping or reuse of our content without permission.
Intellectual property
All text, images, marks and design on this site are owned by SALT or licensed to it. SALT and the SALT square mark are trade marks pending registration. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Liability
We provide the site “as is” and, to the extent the law allows, exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Updates
We'll revise this page before launch and on any material change after launch. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
